I had got as far as thinking about locations - should it be camping like a festival, if not then where...what else can add value beyond music and film reels... - so I really like your idea of throwing in ways to keep thriving. I'd love to help you but alas I'm in NZ so little use!!
IRL events are a huge growth trend so this is on the money, people craving connection.

I reckon you could think of a better name - surely an 80s movie or music reference would work?
vibe should be 'we are not dead or retired yet' so no retirement living sponsors allowed
menopause would be a good workshop - health in general.
I was listening to 'the rewatchables' today, be great to have 1-2 panels/talk shows on classic movies.
I don't think NZ is big enough to make it work here alas, but I look forward to seeing this come to life!
